Are returns still accepted?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are intact and in their original packaging. As we will soon be closing permanently, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service before sending a return, so we can guide you through the process.

Can I still track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You can also check your order status at any time by entering your order number and email address on our Track Your Order page.
