We accept returns within 30 days after delivery of your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or refunds after this period.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns are processed through our international logistics center.

5.3 Recommended Shipping Method

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return parcels.


6. Inspection & Processing

Once the returned item is received:

  2. Eligibility requirements will be verified;
  3. The return will either be approved or rejected.

Approved returns are usually processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.


7. Refunds

7.1 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.

7.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7.3 What Is Refundable

Refunds include:

  • The value of approved returned products.

Refunds do not include:

  • Original shipping fees;
  • Return shipping costs;
  • Additional premium shipping charges;
  • Damage caused by improper use.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under applicable consumer protection laws, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after delivery, without providing any reason.

9. Orders in Processing or Transit

Orders are processed automatically after payment confirmation.

For this reason:

  • cancellations after processing may not be possible;
  • if the order has already been shipped, customers must wait for delivery and then request a return.

10. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Used hygiene or intimate items;
  • Products damaged through misuse;
  • Incomplete returns;
  • Final sale items where stated.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
